Review on LEXAcctv Supporting CCTV Cameras Viewing Security & Surveillance by Eduardo Long

I have been using this DVR for over 4 months now and I can say that it does a great job. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the colors can vary slightly at times, but as I use it with a PAL TV and multiple cameras of different brands (including PAL and NTSC) I don't have the feeling that this is the fault of the digital video recorder. I have 15 cameras connected to a 2TB hard drive which gives me about 2 weeks of recording time. I would say my next purchase will be at least a 6TB hard drive. It's feature rich, even face recognition (haven't used that yet), sending email to notify you is available and seems pretty easy to set up, the mobile app was pretty easy too. All in all, I have no problem recommending this device to some of its more expensive competitors, after all, you get what you pay for, and as an entry-level or even mid-range security heart, you can't go wrong at $50. Pros -: Compact size. quiet work. Multistandard work cameras PAL and NTSC. You can use network cameras. Mobile application, easy to use/set up. It's handy to have a remote control. I can't say how long this will take, but if there are any issues I'll update this review.
