The most helpful thing about mappro is its ability to create custom reports with filters which makes it easy when you want some specific information from your database or even if there are no results at all! It could be more user friendly but I think this can only improve by adding new features like creating charts etc. Maybe an option of exporting into Excel would help as well? You should definitely try out their demo version first so you get used to how they work before deciding whether buying will make sense in terms of cost-benefit ratio (if any). We use them mostly internally within our organization where we need detailed analysis over different parts/regions of Europe. This allows us to quickly find what's going wrong without having to spend time manually collecting info ourselves.
