I like the ability to customize the surveys and to have a good overview of the data. The reports are easy to create and show the data in a very clear way. I am not a fan of the fact that you cannot export the data to a spreadsheet. I think this should be a feature that is considered for future releases. The ability to send the data to a spreadsheet is very important for me. I also like the fact that you can send the data to a spreadsheet in real time. I think that the UI is not the best. You have to learn it and have a good knowledge of Salesforce to be able to use them. I recommend. It is very easy to use and customize. I have been able to create forms and surveys in real time without the need to use Salesforce.
