This powder has a lot of clumps, a sure sign of moisture damage. Even with the bag in, these clumps are scattered throughout the container, which is a sign that the product has not been stored in a temperature-controlled environment, as it should be almost as fine as talc. I have been using this product for many years. It's not even worth taking that much damage since it has an effect of 50% or less.
