My ladder arrived with two loose stabilizers in the box and the screws that were supposed to hold them were nowhere to be found. They brought the quality control issue to ISOP's attention and said they took quick action to bring the problem to the manufacturer's attention and committed to improving quality control by emphasizing the safety-critical nature of the ladders manufactured. The manufacturer also undertook to include spare screws with every ladder sold, just in case. While I was initially disappointed with the stabilizer issue, I am now very impressed with the customer service and ISOP's overall commitment to safety. An impressive company that will continue to earn the trust of its customers in the future.
