I love that it is easy for me as my secretary/office manager, or anyone else in our office who needs access - we can all login at once with one password! There are so many features of this software which makes patient care easier than ever before-and they have added new ones every month since release!! It has been very helpful when sending prescriptions via fax machine instead of emailing them because patients cannot open PDF files from emails anymore without having Adobe Acrobat installed; also printing reports like billing statements etc., but not just plain text documents such as prescription labels could be done easily now too.-it's nice how you get reminders about upcoming appointments if someone forgets their appointment time due date.
