In theory, this is one of the best tools for cleaning the house. In practice, the rotating head moves the entire scrubber in a random direction when it hits the floor. This is not a design flaw with that particular make or model. This is how this type of tool works. I find the tool perfect if you want to clean a small dirty area like a tub, window or toilet and don't want to rub it yourself. But it's impractical (or difficult) to wash the entire floor: first, because the movement of the entire floor cleaner is unpredictable, unlike a vacuum or a mop, and second, because the nozzle isn't as big as a mop. This is generally a feature of the rotary electric scrubber. Overall I am very happy with the product and I think it will be an asset to my home. I just have to learn to make the best of it.
