The yellow coating is annoying and useless
I did some street art and made decent designs during the pandemic. I think I'd be stuck forever with 72 4 x 1 inch white chalk pencils. I had read the yellow coating warnings so I knew what I was getting. We can honestly say that the yellow coating doesn't prevent dust from getting in, but it is yellow. If you don't get rid of it, you'll see yellow and white. I'll try light sandpaper, which I think should work. Another problem with this chalk is that it is very powdery and doesn't stick well. It might be good for a bulky fill, but this isn't a very good product even though it was cheap.
