Simple intercom, you don't have to wait for them to press a button to start chatting.
A simple way for two-way voice communication at the entrance. I really like the feature where I can listen anytime (just press the button quickly and you can listen anytime), _you_ don't have to wait, _they_ press the doorbell to listen (unlike other expensive Wi-Fi systems) . fi). The voice quality depends on your wiring. If you have really old wiring for an old doorbell, can it transmit speech clearly? This is for a new house and I am actually using structured cabling via COAX (RG6) adapters (use "2 BNC test lead sets for crocodile length 48 clips" Revain #B0002JJU4G adapters) and the voice quality is fine.
