I have used many Specter Performance parts and have always been impressed with the quality, fit and of course the price. However, this braided fuel hose didn't live up to Specter's quality standard—a few strands of wire stuck out of my gloves when I installed the hose. Ouch! I had previously declined the Specter package so I was unable to request a replacement. The hose, fittings, and clamps were fine, but I had to coil up a few strands of wire, leaving small gaps in the braid. There may be a packaging issue (hard bend) or a manufacturing issue.
