great company, best temp sensors and probes
I have a problem with this product but I am not sure if it is this product or the thermocouple I purchased with it from Minnesota Measurements. TPI replaced my thermometer but I'm still getting very shaky readings. Basically it shows 70 degrees in the oven and then jumps to hundreds when I take it out. I think the problem is in the wiring of the thermocouple which I am about to replace.
