Big Powerful Zester: Kitchen Utensils and Gadgets

First let me confess that this is the very first zester I have ever owned. I used to try to make lemon zest by hand when the recipe called for it (quite crude!). I'm glad I finally got the lust, but I'm not in a position to compare that lust to anyone else. But she helps me. I was amazed at how thinly this cester scrapes the rind off a lemon. I've tried sprinkling it on the tops of the black cod and adding peeled lemon slices to the pan. The fish turned out great. I can't help but wonder if this zest is more than it should be for grating some lemon. Maybe it's so big because it's versatile. You can finely grate a piece of cheese with it. But I don't grate cheese. I'm lazy and buy it grated! Therefore, I am not interested in this usage. In any case, the zester is easy to maneuver despite its length. The grip is very comfortable. And just peel the peel. I just rinsed it under the tap and the last sticky strands of peel came off immediately. But I put it in the dishwasher anyway, just in case. It's definitely dishwasher safe. I really like the lid that snaps open and shut. It not only protects the bowl, but also all other utensils stored next to it.
