Great idea for TV ceiling and wall mounts
I use this in our basement to rotate the TV 180° between the couch viewing position and the exercise bike viewing position. Works, but the bearings feel cheap and a little "sanded". I'll try Teflon grease. I wish the bearings were a little smoother as a lot of people put a very expensive TV on top.
