the blade is terrible! - Kitchen and Dining
I was hoping this would make a good gift for my son who has just graduated from culinary school. I received the knife today and while it looks nice the sharp edge of the blade is terrible, it has dents, bends and dents all over the sharp edge. Check out my photos and see for yourself. I don't think I can grind down even some of the worst.
