I really don't like this cable. I use it as a power cable for my MacBook. It turns off about 10-20 times every minute. He manages to charge the computer over time. But I would never trust this cable to transfer data from a drive. I do not recommend. Update: Revain has replaced the defective cable with a new one. The new one is really worse than the old one. DO NOT buy this junk. That's a waste of money.
