Great watch but needs instruction to understand how to use it

It's too difficult for an adult to figure it out (even with a manual, it's difficult). I could never explain to my 5 year old how to set an alarm clock. I couldn't figure out how not to set at least one alarm to go off at this time every day, which is a bit annoying.
