Well Made Leather Product. I'm surprised some complained that it wasn't leather and someone else complained about the smell which was so awful even his checks smelled awful when removed. I love real leather and buy a lot of leather goods myself. I have no reason to doubt that the product is genuine leather, feels and smells like leather. Maybe someone is allergic to the skin. In my opinion this is a great buy for the price. Plus, my checks and checkbook fit in easily and still have room.
