It's nice but very difficult to fold back

Loved that foldable handle. He seemed very sturdy and he liked how tall he was. I return because it would be nice to have a door for the animal to get in and out of. When I put it back in the carry case, my hands worked! Rzhunimagu! Other reviewers were right about having to struggle with this thing to put it down. I did my best but my goodness what a fight! It would be nice to show a video how to fold it. The photos in the post do not show the entire process.
