I only used it for dry cleaning, thinking that's what it's for. When trying to use it for wet cleaning I was disappointed. It doesn't scrub very well, it just glides over everything. If your floor is really dirty (lots of kids/pets/spills) you most likely won't find this very helpful. When using it I had to rinse the pad out as I only have one pad and it's not fun at all. It was difficult to take off/put on as the head dangled when trying to put the pillow on the end. Having to rinse out the dirty pad and then reattach it was a nuisance. When standing up, this mop tends not to stand up well, instead falling to the floor if not carefully balanced. At least 2 pads should be included with the purchase of this mop, but this is not the case. I choose a different mop for wet mopping the floor as it is not easy to use and does not clean when needed. I didn't like the swivel head on this one as it was difficult to get it where I wanted it, it wants to turn where it needs to go.
