Review on RockShox Seal Kit (Revive) for SID, Judy, Pilot, Dart - 28mm by Jorge Eckstein

Used to rebuild a 2001 Rockshox SID Hydra Air air shock. You will need another kit to replace the other seal in the fork. The old seal was carefully removed by prying it open with a screwdriver. The old foam came out in pieces. The new foam was too wide and had to be cut to fit my shock. To install the dust seal you will need a round tube to slide over the seal so you can hammer it. I was lucky and my vacuum had an adapter that was the perfect diameter for the gasket so I could hammer the gasket onto the shock. You can find a suitable PVC pipe, maybe 1-1.5 diameter.
