    Pilot flies again

    Rebuilt Pilot SL fork circa 2005, ran very well. Put the gaskets in the freezer for an hour before installing and it's a lot easier

    Suspension looks ok

    As far as I can tell the seals work fine on my old Judy. One foam wiper was slightly larger than spec, so it only has a small crease. hope it lasts

    Worked for what I needed

    Resuscitated my Judy. I think the old seals were probably ok, but both foam rings were completely shot off. Modified, lubricated, filled with oil. Like new.

    Once installed they work pretty well but not easy to install

    I've tried them without tools with no success. I bought a tool and it was hard to push it in. They bend and deform easily. Luckily I bought two pairs so I didn't have to order again. Make sure to use the right tool, but be very careful when installing. They bend too easily.

    Fits 2001 Rockshox for suspension replacement parts

    Used to rebuild a 2001 Rockshox SID Hydra Air air shock. You will need another kit to replace the other seal in the fork. The old seal was carefully removed by prying it open with a screwdriver. The old foam came out in pieces. The new foam was too wide and had to be cut to fit my shock. To install the dust seal you will need a round tube to slide over the seal so you can hammer it. I was lucky and my vacuum had an adapter that was the perfect diameter for the gasket so I could hammer the…

    These dust brushes were purchased for an overhaul of my Sid XC Hydra air fork. After a general overhaul of my fork I am very satisfied. My sid is very responsive now and those dusters are doing their job. Before purchasing this product, please make sure you have all the necessary components for recovery. I needed the following items: dust seals, rebuild kit (o-rings, washers, air caps, etc.), grease and fork oil (Maxima works great!). Make sure you have the right tools on hand. I needed the…
