The customer service is super friendly and super knowledgeable. It is the best pest scanning software available. You can see how long the appointment has been open for, how long it has been since you last visited, and how many people were at the appointment. I can't think of anything I don't like. I wish the software was a little more intuitive to use. I think that the customer service is great, the customer service support is great, I have never had a problem or issue with this product. I would highly recommend PestScan to any pest control organization. PestScan has helped our organization greatly. We have seen a drastic increase in our business since using PestScan. I think our customers are happy with our services.
