Great Software for Pest Control / Exterminator Firm

I like that when we have an issue with our pest control services it gets right back into my inbox so i can get things squared away very quickly! It's also nice how easy they make keeping track of all your contacts in one place. There isn't anything about this software that has me disappointed as far as what its capable off doing but if there were something then please let us know because now would be a great time to take advantage of their support team!! We use smartpests primarily during sales

  • Great Customer Support Team
  • Ease Of Setup & Maintenance (for non tech savvy)
Cons
  • Nothing really, other than maybe not having too many options for setting up custom fields.
  • This is just minor nit picking

Great Platform For Tracking Service Calls

I like that i can easily search through my information by date range - makes it easy when looking at historical data with respect to pest control services we offer our customers! It would be nice if they could allow us access from anywhere in Canada as well so more people have greater ease using this platform (especially those who might not own computers.) They also need an add-on device such as Google Chromecast support/integration into their system too make things easier for clients out here…

  • The ability is available 24 hours per day 7 days week which helps tremendously!! Great solution!!! Thank you guys : )

We are very happy with the work done by SmartPest.

It was great working with the SmartPest team. From the start of the project they were responsive and understood my needs. In addition to billing I asked them to handle my contacts too. Billing and Contacts worked well together and we were able to setup a schedule that allowed us to transition smoothly into another team. All of our contacts were transferred over in a timely manner and in a manner that saved me from having to go back to each individual contact individually. The team was helpful…

  • They made sure everything went as planned, and gave suggestions along the way.
  • They were quick to respond to issues.
Cons
  • I don't know how well their customer support works because I didn't have to deal with them directly.
