I was afraid of this purchase because it's heavy and there are some questionable reviews. However, I was totally impressed because it's low noise and cool. I've had it for a week and I love it. I bought a Sharp model 25 years ago and it still works. They don't make them anymore. Now this Pingüino is better. UPDATE: Water runs all over the floor during use. There's a detachable spout, but you'll have to roll the unit off the edge of the floor or lift the whole thing over the drain. We looked at the panels to see if there was a container inside and nothing opened. So, remove the carpet and grab a mop. Very disappointing. I was going to buy a second one and bam, surprise. I checked the description to see if this block needs to be drained and there is no mention or is rather hidden. I do not recommend this beautiful, quiet and leaky air conditioner.
