Back home! good fit for remote controls and accessories
I have a 7 year old Magnavox 2160 with 160HDD - I like it despite occasional quirks - recording freeze, timer reset etc. Original remote died approx. after 4 years, hence I replaced it with a universal from Logitech. All was well until the local cable company finally switched to an all-digital format. It requires actual dash input when selecting channels and other original remote functions, which is why I ordered this remote. It works great out of the box, doing everything just like the original. The buttons are in slightly different places, but who will notice after so many years of the original? Great remote - better than Logitech in terms of button layout and features.
