Easy to install and set up, a little heavy. Yes, spikes included
This is a worthwhile purchase. Spikes are included. They install in minutes and are easy to set up. It's odd that they come right out of the box with quite a free attitude. Turn the adjustment screw clockwise until you hear a click to tighten. 4 intensity levels. They're a bit heavy, but accessible from either side of the pedal. Set them up and forget them.
