First of all, I rarely leave reviews. (Especially for the things I like. haha) But I had to intervene. Buying a candle online is scary. You really can't return anything, you've spent good money, it's NOT cheap, and you won't know exactly what you're about to sniff until you pay for it and it's already at your house. I read the reviews beforehand and took the plunge because something had to move in my small apartment. At the end of the day I have a hard time getting all the cigarette smoke out of here, despite having exhaust fans and leaving a window or two open even in the colder months. When the time comes when I absolutely have to close this place, here comes the sophisticated, classy smell of this cheap $50 motel a few blocks from the Las Vegas Strip, with amber curtains that were once white. The kind of motel that has 4 ashtrays and a bed only for two and you will always remember the smell that hit you like a brick wall when you first checked in, turned your room key and walked inside. such a smell! (The only reason you know all this is because you were forced to stay there after blowing all your money at the casino while on vacation one day.) And if that special smell lingers in your HOUSE, you can rest assured bet he ends up invading your bedroom closets, linens and everything else. You just can't let that musty smoke linger! OK. back to the candle: i bought my first one in december. It's mid-March and I just need to buy a second one! (.and with joy!) Every night after dinner, when I smoke my last night, I light a candle for about 15 minutes, and soon a very pleasant, clean-smelling "honey" aroma disappears completely. Eliminate all traces of nicotine muck. I don't know HOW it does it and I don't care but it really works and in just 3-5 minutes the cigarette smoke is neutralized and my whole living room, hallway and bedroom/bathroom smells clean and tidy. fresh again. This is madness! I've never smelled this exact scent before, so I can't associate it with anything else, but another reviewer called it "honey," and I think if honey really had a strong odor, it would smell like this. It's definitely not a "perfume" and guys don't have to worry about their dorms or apartments smelling like Sissyland. Do not consider this purchase if you smoke but don't like smoke!
