Extra Long Nozzle is amazing when adjusted correctly (no instructions). Basically, it comes with a free straight tube that needs to be connected to the corner piece connector that protrudes from the bottom of the cover. Insert the flat cut into the ledge, leaving the angled cut at the bottom to fit the bottle. You will also need to cut off the tip of the nozzle. There was a tiny hole in it, but it wasn't wide enough to get a good jet out of the nozzle. You don't have to cut too much. I wanted a very narrow stream, so I just pinched off the tip a bit. Once the bottle is properly adjusted, it can be squeezed and the medication squirts out in a comfortable stream - squeeze gently and it flows gently, squeeze hard and it squirts powerfully where it needs to be. The bottle does not need to be turned - it is not fed by gravity. it can stand vertically or at an angle for convenience, and a little push makes it squirt! My cat tolerates the taste well. It seems a bit thicker (more viscous) and sticky than the other brand I've used, and maybe it helps by sticking a little better to the inflamed gum line (?). That's 0.13% instead of 0.12% of my previous mark. But the biggest advantage for me is the "added value” of the squeeze nozzle – it makes administration a lot easier. And when it runs out, I can refill the bottle with denatured alcohol for little house cleaning jobs! Finally, the product itself is alcohol-free, which is always a good thing. other similar products contain alcohol.
