Review on Liftmaster Wide Deck Motorcycle Center Scissor Lift Jack Hoist Stand for Bikes and ATVs - Efficient and Reliable by David Herrera

I could not find a disclaimer for this jack. Another reviewer pointed this out in their review, but I missed it. I have found that the impact wrench knocks out the set screw that attaches the ring to the main screw under the deck (see pic 1). The adjusting screw is almost on top of the main screw. In other words, there should be a small hole in the main screw for a set screw to hold the ring in place so the ring doesn't move over the main screw. When the set screw is loosened and the ring slips, it will strip the threads of the main screw at the end where it passes through the side rail under the bushing (see fig 2). Sorry for the literalness haha. Another reviewer pointed out the wobble issue in his video. I mitigated this by placing wooden blocks under the top deck and lowering the jack onto the wooden blocks (Figure 3).
