They came as shown with the pictures perfectly printed as is. They were just the right softness for the face not super soft but cotton. Only problem was they were all different sizes on the ear loops so for my daughter only one fit good. The rest we had to cut and re sew the loops to a smaller size. I didnt notice a strange smell or anything when we recieved them. They came nicely packaged and recieved them on time. They are machine washable. Ok buy if you kid is really really wanting something like this. She loved them after I fixed the others.
