Excellent Customer Service & Affordable

User interface and web browser compatible with all devices. Very efficient for organizing and tracking customer trips. Can create automated reports of incoming guests. It is not perfect but in my experience they were working on it! The most important thing is you don't have to worry you will run out of service. You must use FCS. The service was fast and the customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend. They help with tracking all your customer’s trips using GPS in the hotels. They helped me organize all trips of my customers to easily update each time I am with them without confusion. FCS helped ease the pressure of being responsible for my travel. I am able to focus on what I do best, which is running the business. The ability to track guests through the entire stay, from check in to check out. It's easy to use and navigate. There isn't much I dislike about this program. I would like more customization options for the reports. I wish we could have different colors for different types of reservations (e.g., room only or meal). We were able to see who checked in when. This allowed us to better understand our guest flow.
