It arrived quickly and was well packaged. I followed all installation instructions. It wasn't just plug and play like I thought. I was able to get my computer to recognize it, but I couldn't get it to play. I had to download other programs as suggested and still couldn't get them to work as advertised. I was so disgusted I boxed it up but missed the return window from spending so much time getting it to work. Now I have to pay someone to see if they can get it to work. If it doesn't work, it goes to Goodwill. Update: I've updated this to 4 stars after finally getting it to work. You must have a .BUP application installed on your computer to play the DVD, which I didn't. After much frustration, I finally downloaded a program that allowed me to play DVDs. The company offered to send me another one even though my return window was closed. They were more than willing to work with me but I spent HOURS and HOURS trying to figure out why I couldn't play DVD so I could only upgrade to 4 stars. It would be helpful for the company to provide this information with the little instructions that are included. The customer service was good and now I'm finally glad that I can finally watch DVDs.
