Review on 🚴 Giro Agilis MIPS W: The Ultimate Road Cycling Helmet for Women by Sean Fabacher

After research I bought this helmet for its aerodynamics and style. I don't need anything big because I only ride in my neighborhood or on the flat track. I didn't get any cheaper, but I didn't choose the highest class either. When this helmet arrived and I unboxed it, what should have been a matte white turned out to be a very light blue. My bike is white, which annoyed me a bit. I was going to return it but thought I should try it on first to see if it fit. I never tried it on because when I turned it over I noticed the inside didn't line up with the aero holes. Then I took a closer look...there was a hair sticking out in that "brand new" helmet. As a hairdresser, I keep an eye on everything that's going on in my head. 3 hits, you're out! • The color is "wrong", what should be white has a bluish cast. • The orientation of the inside of the helmet does not match the ventilation openings. • Another person's hair was stuck in it, leading me to believe it has already been tried on and returned or used. I was under the wrong impression that this helmet was "brand new". • The chin straps are brown instead of black. How this is combined with black and white is not clear. I have a feeling it was put together with the leftovers. I still love the style and it feels very light but no need to try it on when there are so many cons and other options. Needless to say, it will return to where it came from. Disappointed. PS I never write reviews but thought it was necessary. Buyer Warning.
