Update 1/6/20 Still a terrible product. I use them intermittently and only now do I realize that my nails flake horribly every time! My nails look like I put them through a meat grinder. At first I thought maybe I need to tone up my vitamins or maybe it was a bad polish but I haven't used nail polish for almost a month and filed my nails with this tough brand and now I understand that the sand and the quality make mine peeling nails. Not sure where the high ratings are coming from, but they're good for legitimate one-time use. After filing my nails, I noticed that the nail file had lost its roughness and became smooth in some places. There are more expensive ones out there and I definitely learned my lesson not to buy cheap with this one. my fault
