I removed hundreds of cherries to dry in the dehydrator this summer. It's cute and easy to use, but has some drawbacks: 1) You can only craft 1 cherry at a time. Pitting hundreds of cherries is time consuming and you often have to stop to empty the small pit catcher. 2) Large cherries have a hard time fitting in the space provided and the bone cutter also seems less accurate the larger the cherry is. 3) It's about 75% accurate which means you really have to check every cherry and takes some 2 tries to get the pit which means you lose the cherry pulp if you "miss".
