As a buyer who places a high level of importance on current trends, I was excited to test out FashionJOA, a business that markets itself as being more than just an online apparel store. On the other hand, my interactions with the company left me feeling disheartened and annoyed. I was under the impression that the firm specialized in blazers and suits, which is one of the primary promises made by the company; yet, I found the selection to be, at best, average. The blazers did not have any distinctive designs, and the cuts were not flattering. Additionally, the quality was doubtful. The fabric of the garment had a low-quality feel to it, and the stitching was irregular in some spots. In addition to that, the website was cumbersome and challenging to navigate. Because the search tool didn't operate very well, it was difficult for me to locate the information that I was looking for. After a lot of searching, I eventually discovered some things that I was interested in buying, but when I went to check out, I had some problems. Due to the unreliability of the payment mechanism, I had to make multiple efforts before I was finally successful in placing my order. To make matters even worse, the delivery was extremely delayed and took far more time than was stated on the website. When my things were delivered, I discovered that they did not match the description given on the website. The shoes were ill-fitting and of poor construction, and the jewelry appeared to be of low quality and made of plastic. When I contacted customer service to have my concerns addressed, I was given a standard response that did not address any of my unique problems. It was abundantly evident that they were solely concerned in making sales and had no interest whatsoever in giving high-quality customer service. In general, I do not suggest FashionJOA as a firm that lives up to its claims and fulfills its obligations. A stressful buying experience is the result of a mediocre variety of suiting and blazers, a complicated website, an unreliable payment mechanism, slow shipping, poor quality products, and unhelpful customer support.
