This is the best quality you can find at this price point so I would recommend it to any massage therapist that works well with a stationary chair. It creaks a bit when you shift your body weight, but none of my customers have complained so far. After using this stool for a good month in a professional massage practice, I think it's a good idea to check and tighten the screws every few weeks, as is the case with any professional massager.
