The support team is amazing - they are always willing to help, and will go above and beyond to make things work exactly as you need them to. I have been able to use this software for two years now with no problems. It is very easy to use, and has made our group decision-making process much easier! We can now share files without having to worry about emailing them back and forth. There really isn't anything that I dislike.
