Great product! I like that I can get the most accurate temperature of the food I'm cooking. I can trust a thermometer because I can calibrate it very easily so I know it's accurate. When I cook for friends and family, I feel better knowing my food is at the right temperature. I've been using it for over a month now and no problems. Just clean it under running water to disinfect it for next use. Now that I've used it a few times I'll be getting a few more for family members.
