I just LOVE these little pans
I had one it wasn't enough so I ordered two more. Need another one, order today! I absolutely LOVE these little pots. I am preparing to do my own work and they are a little fiddly to remove so my husband made a "stripper" out of 1/4" plywood and 7/8" dowels set to 2" are cut and the pan used as A template drew circles on the plywood where the dowel rods should be screwed in. VIOLA!Carefully place the cooled pan on the dowel rods, slowly slide down and the cheesecakes will be perfect!
