Nice product, very thoughtful to include a window protector, extra stuff for reapplication.Major problem, living in Florida, it gets hot inside the vehicle, and the screen is attached to the housing with an adhesive that apparently cannot handle it. The screen falls off and dangles by a ribbon cable until I get back in the car to press it back into place. Of course every time it comes off and is reapplied, the adhesive gets weaker.Other than that, great product.Update:It took several days and messages in order to convince the manufacturer that, yes, it really is broken (pictures), and even had to request a prepaid return label. 6 days after initially informing them of the defect, I was sent a label.15 days after, they ask me if I am satisfied with my replacement unit. I haven't received a replacement unit yet.All told, 26 days and 9 instances of communication between the manufacturer and myself and I have a replacement unit. Hopefully, when it gets hot here again, the issue doesn't happen again.Once again, great product, poor engineering and add lackadaisical customer service. Minus 1 star.
