Not exactly like the picture
The motor in the picture has a low profile angled connector. These features allow the fan cover to be custom-fitted. The motor I received had a straight fork (no angle and high profile). This meant it was more difficult to install and the lid didn't fit snugly. I actually had to bend 2 vent fins to complete the job. I had to have this fan installed as I had a full house so I "slapped it up" but I'm still disappointed.
