In most reviews the volume is too low. So I searched for a soundbar manual and a rear spkr kit manual called Samsung Support. An email where they both told me that there is NO WAY to control the rear speaker volume. Samsung doesn't know their products very well as there is a way Samsung should post as I'm sure a lot of these backplate kits got bad reviews and are probably back. Here's the FIX: Press the "Sound Control" button on the soundbar. Remote control. to turn on/off the rear speaker, then 1 more time to switch to the rear speaker volume (-6 to +6). Another note: using a clear voice makes a difference as the rear speakers deliver muddy voices in some cases.
