I wanted to love them.but
I love the Fat Daddio's 9" pans, so I bought them in November 2021, but just got around to using them. Unfortunately, 2 of the 3 pans were warped which caused me to have to shave quite a bit of cake off. I love the pans and wish I could exchange them from unwarped pans.
- Great quality, deep and cook evenly
- May require a longer cooling time after baking
