My opinion: The machine was delivered without any problems. Easy assembly without problems, everything fell as expected (doors). This machine is commercial sized (as I expected) so it cannot be stored after each use. Having said that, this is a desktop device but I recommend you give it its own place that will not be a kitchen worktop ;-) I'm a 55 year old young woman and this is not a light device but I can still move it around around alone, but you'd better not do it. After assembling it myself without any special tools, I made a batch of popcorn in minutes. It works amazing. I didn't buy bags of popcorn because it's not inexpensive. I'm still trying to find the right parts and I think I've figured it out. I bought a gallon of Amish brand coconut oil, Orville Redenbacher popcorn, and a box of Flavacol salt. I use about 3 ounces of coconut oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 3/4 cup of popcorn kernels per batch. This makes about 3-4 1-ounce bags of popcorn. I'm fine with coconut oil and salt, but Orville Redenbacher Popcorn won't be my next popcorn choice. It has a lot of raw core and is extremely "hooligan" (if that's the right word). I don't know if all brands of popcorn give the same results, but I put a lot of dental floss in it. LoLCONS: This is an 8 ounce kettle (as described) and the machine body is as described. The problem I face; There is not enough space between the kettle and the base where the popcorn falls. Trying to put popcorn in a bag or bucket is nearly impossible. Even if the floor slopes outward, you won't have enough space in the car to fill bags. So you have to fill the popcorn bags outside the machine and of course popcorn will end up falling on the floor. If I get an opportunity to buy another machine I'll buy a 16 ounce kettle and a larger body scooping popcorn into the machine. I only bought this car for domestic use because we have a lot of parties at home. We just had our first party and it was a huge hit. The kids loved it so much they had to help make popcorn like in the movie. CLEANING: As a teenager I worked in a small movie theater and the only thing the owner would allow us to clean the car was vinegar and water and a paper towel. 40 years later, the same popcorn maker still looks brand new. So this is the only one I will be using on my machine. In a spray bottle, I used 1 part white vinegar to 4 parts water. It works like a charm but don't forget to clean the top of the machine.
