Very easy to assemble, good quality wood and appears to be very durable. The price was great, the way to go is to take a raw wood scratching post and lay down the rug squares using the strong velcro that comes in rolls. $5 for carpet scraps, and instead of bothering with cleaning I just throw out the old pieces of carpet and replace them from time to time. I use it as a "ramp" for several cat shelves on the wall and above the bookshelf. Here Hazel, a 12kg female Maine Coon, is at the top.
