My two youngest grandchildren are 8 and 10 months old. They both love this learning and groove drum from LeapFrog! There's really a lot in there! It comes with test batteries already installed, so you'll be ready to play as soon as you receive it! PROSN Lovely soft textures with markings for baby's extra sensory learning! Volume control for adults! Multiple playback modes for English and Spanish I was so impressed I made a video for you! Also some pictures. Great price and great baby gift! I would say that you can present it at around 6 months. Maybe sooner, like a tummy toy they can reach!
