"Balm " is somewhat misleading.
The product is not entirely liquid, but definitely not a balm or even a cream. Odors are normal. They are weak and smell almost the same. You only get 2 different flavors, even if you think three different tubes = three different flavors. I feel stupid returning an open lotion so I give it to friends or something.
