More than just a pastry blender

I bought the pastry blender to help make baking a bit faster, but realized this is more than just for flour and butter! I had to make a big batch of guacamole, so I pulled out my cutter and went to work. It was especially helpful when mixing the white crumble cheese with the avocado. Super happy with my purchase!
