The product itself is amazing. I've been using these pens for several years. The colors are beautiful and easy to blend. I've used them to make handmade Christmas cards and repaint dolls. The product is worth its money. I am ordering this set of pencils for my mom as she used to draw in adult coloring books. The only problem was the delivery. Although I received it very promptly, it was only wrapped in thin bubble wrap and tape. When I opened it, the tin box was creased and sealed with duct tape holding it in place (indicating it was clearly damaged before shipping). I couldn't remove the tape so I had to cut open the can. At this point I figured the box might just be damaged, but maybe the pins would be fine and I could just find another container (kind of defeating the purpose of a well-organized stash jar). What was in the jar just upset me. Pencils were clearly used. Some were shorter than others due to sharpening, and several colors were missing, having been replaced with duplicate colors. This gift I ordered through Prime for my mom whose birthday is in a few days arrived in a HOT BULK. many people. Out of the hundreds of items I've ordered last year, I've had few problems.
